Puff sleeve midi dress in a soft crinkle cotton.  The dress is a brick red, almost burgundy with little embroidered peach, green and white flowers throughout.  This dress has an elastic bodice giving so much stretch. The sleeve are full balloons with an elasticized and ruffle that reaches to about 3/4.  Skirt is tiered, fully lined and has pockets.

Fabric: Self: 100% Cotton, Lining: 100% Polyester. Fabric itself does not have stretch.
